HAYES Village Hall was brimming with seasonal blooms as well as fresh fruit and vegetables on July 14.
The event was Hayes Horticultural Society's summer show, one of the largest of the five shows it holds each year.
Competition, as usual, was keen among the champion growers, with Doug Wingrave winning two trophies in the vegetable and fruit classes, as well as gaining the trophy for the highest number of points in the show.
Alan Cheeseman also gained two cups, one for vegetables the other, once again, for floral art in a tankard for men only.
Success in the flower classes saw Mike Gore pick up two trophies while Bert Halligan gained a cup and a medal.
Mary Turner also picked up two awards while Jean Murdoch repeated her success of last year by winning the floral art diploma. Ethan Clark was junior trophy winner.
The society's autumn show is at Hayes Village Hall on Saturday, September 1. Doors open at 2.30pm.
