AN ASSAULT course with a difference amused children of all ages at a summer fair.
They climbed through tubes and along walkways on the bouncy structure during the event, which raised £3,500 for Bursted Wood Primary School.
Its outdoor stage was also put to good use with flamenco dancers, and the school's dance troupe and choir entertained the crowds.
Next year the parent and teacher association hopes to have a fire engine because of the popularity of the police car at the fun day in Swanbridge Road, Barnehurst.
Children enjoyed riding in the vehicle and being allowed to put the siren on.
Parent teacher association chairman Erica Taylor said: "It was our biggest event ever.
"A lot of people attended and most stayed for the whole day."
