Thunderstorms may hit south-east London and north Kent this afternoon
Thunderstorms may hit south-east London and north Kent later today (August 4), the Met Office has warned.
Despite some sunny spells this morning, cloud will soon build again, with scattered showers likely to develop.
These will possibly turn heavy and thundery during the late afternoon.
The maximum temperature will be 23C.
Showers are expected to die out during the evening.
