A car caught fire on the A2 at Dartford.
The incident occurred on the London-bound carriageway close to junction 2 with the M25 at 2.30pm today (January 18).
Emergency services arrive at the scene
The car was dealt with by Highways and Kent Fire and Rescue Service and traffic is now back to normal.
A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police was called at 2.30pm to reports of a car on fire on the hard shoulder on the A2.”
