Heavy rain is causing flooding in roads around Swanscombe and Thamesmead.
Milton Road is flooded at the junction with Craylands Lane.

Thamesmead Police also tweeted to warn Thamesmead residents about flooding in Yarnton Way.
Also, please be careful down Yarnton Way as some areas of the road is flooded #Thamesmead
