Two men have been arrested and three knives recovered in Lewisham.
Police arrested a man for possession of an offensive weapon yesterday (July 21) around 8.20am.
MORE TOP STORIES The knives were recovered during a stop and search by the bus stop outside Lewisham Police Station, off Lewisham High Street.
Both were kitchen knives around five inches long.
Another man was also arrested for possessions of an offensive weapon around 12.30pm today (July 22).
The weapon was a lock knife around seven inches long.
The man was arrested at Hither Green station, off Fernbrook Road, as part of a police operation.
He was taken into custody.
