Here at News Shopper we’re proud to be celebrating our 50th anniversary and we’re giving you the chance to celebrate it too with some amazing goodies that money can’t buy.
Throughout the year we are doing a whole bunch of fun stuff to mark five decades since News Shopper was born in 1965.
These range from a glossy magazine to a limited edition historial DVD celebrating
Bromley borough and even our own ale, brewed in Dartford and appropriately named Shopper Gold.
Read about all of our 50th anniversary celebrations at newsshopper.co.uk/shopperat50.
We have ten special edition commemorative News Shopper mugs and some very fetching 50th anniversary News Shopper pens to be won.
Imagine being able to read your morning’s Shopper with a brew from your lovely News Shopper mug. Bliss.
What’s more, provided he’s available when you come to pick up your prize, we’ll even throw in a cuppa with editor Andy Parkes.
We’re not just giving away these amazing prizes willy-nilly.
In order to be in with a chance of winning, we want you to get involved on social media and send quirky News Shopper pictures.
Our favourite pictures featuring a copy of the paper will win the coveted mug and pen set.
Maybe you’ll be reading a copy somewhere funny, maybe your pet will be reading it, maybe you’ll make Shopper into something amazing like a boat or a kite.
You could even bake a News Shopper-themed cake.
You get the picture: anything goes, just nothing rude or dangerous please.
Send the pictures to to our Facebook page – www.facebook.com/newsshopper - or tweet @NewsShopper.
Make sure to use the hashtag #Shopper50
You’ve got until May 29 to get snapping and posting online, at which point we’ll pick the
winners. You’ll need to come to our offices in Petts Wood at your convenience to pick up the mug and pen.
Terms & conditions: Closing date May 29. Prize is collection only. For full terms, go to newsquest.co.uk/terms.
