First it was Sir Roger Moore, and now Game of Thrones and Ripper Street star Jerome Flynn has wished News Shopper a happy 50th birthday.
Jerome, who alongside Robson Green formed 90s pop duo Robson and Jerome, is News Shopper historian Bob Ogley's stepson, and reads the Shopper whenever he comes to Kent.
Born in Bromley, Jerome was educated at Wildernesse School, Sevenoaks.
His mother, Fern, is a former actress while his brother, Daniel, is an actor and is currently rehearsing for a new play at the National Theatre.
Jerome in Ripper Street
Jerome now lives in Pembrokeshire but frequently travels to Ireland to film Game of Thrones - in which he plays lovable rouge Bronn - and Ripper Street, starring as Detective Sergeant Bennet Drake.
