Every day we pull some stats from a survey and say have a chat about the findings. Today: Lifestyle habits in the winter.
One in three Brits let themselves go because they can hide behind big winter clothing.
48 per cent of women admit they shave their legs less regularly because they won't be getting them out for some time.
65 per cent of people say they eat more during the winter, with a third of people saying they put on weight.
65 per cent also say they are lazier when it gets cold and dark.
The main thing people look forward to winter for is spending warm evenings inside, followed by wrapping up warm and the prospect of snow.
