Money raised from selling crack in Thamesmead has been handed to young people's projects including Charlton Athletic's community scheme.
Uchechukwu Njoku, 28, and Johnson Okonkwo, 31, of Waterside Close, were jailed for seven years each in October after admitting conspiracy to supply class A drugs and money laundering.
And now £7,000 recovered by the police is being split between the Greenwich Islamic Centre Football programme based in Plumstead, the St Giles Trust and Charlton Athletic Community Trust - who will use it for their youth intervention project which stops youngsters getting into crime.
Detective Chief Inspector Mike Balcombe from Greenwich Violent and Organised Crime Unit said: "We asked the judge, at the end of court proceedings, if the money recovered during our operation could be donated to charities.
"We ought to support all those who help young people, give them hope and prevent them from getting involved in crime. We plan to talk to each charity and see how the money can be put to good use."
