A mum and her teenage daughter were attacked and pushed off a Dartford-bound train as it travelled between Kidbrooke and Welling.
British Transport Police (BTP) officers are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened on 6.09pm Victoria to Dartford train on November 1.
PC Jason Weston-Collinson said: "A 45-year-old woman and her 18-year-old daughter were verbally and physically assaulted and then pushed off the train at Welling station.
"As part of our investigation we are appealing for anyone on the train who witnessed the incident to come forward."
