A vulnerable woman has gone missing from New Cross prompting a police call to the public to help trace her.
Ayodele Godwin, 75, was last seen at 10.50am yesterday (November 25) as she left her appointment at St Thomas’s Hospital in south London.
It is strongly believed she did not return home.
Mrs Godwin has not been seen or heard of since and with the increasing cold weather overnight, officers and her family are growing more concerned for her safety and wellbeing.
She is described as black, around 5ft 3ins tall with a medium build.
Police believe she may have been seen on the 259 bus in Seven Sisters Road at 23.20 and it is believed she alighted in the Camden or Islington area.
Anyone who sees Mrs. Godwin or anyone who knows of her whereabouts are asked to call police via 101.
