A man is due to appear in court after allegedly hitting a pedestrian with a car outside Air and Breathe nightclub in Dartford.
At around 2am on Sunday July 6, a man suffered a serious injury after being hit by a vehicle in Kent Road, outside the popular night spot.
Harry Smith, 22, of Ceres Road, Woolwich, has been charged with dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and grievous bodily harm with intent.
He has been bailed to appear at Dartford Magistrates' Court on December 11.
