Accident closes Blackwall Tunnel southbound
The Blackwall Tunnel is blocked southbound following an accident this morning.
There is reported congestion on the A12 East Cross Route to A106 Eastway / A106 Wick Road / Chapman Road (Hackney Wick).
Traffic is solid on the A12 and inbound A13, with queues from Leyton and Beckton.
