Little ones who are not ready for the excitement of the pantomime will still be able to enjoy a fun theatre show in Greenwich.
The Holdalls’ Christmas Adventure is a living room adventure for three-year-olds and up being hosted in a pop-up theatre in the studio downstairs at Greenwich Theatre from December 5 to Christmas Eve.
Charlton-based director Javan Hughes, 26, said: “"The show is performed in a living room and has a great nostalgic and warm feel to it and, like panto, the young audience will be right there with the story.”
He added: “We have two children, brother and sister William and Esme Holdall, who invite the audience into their front room to watch their show, the same as children have done for their families down the years.
“The children will be in the living room with William and Esme and invited to join in the actions of the performers, especially the antics of the hopeless pirate.”
Tickets cost £13.50 adults and £8.50 concessions. Go to greenwichtheatre.org.uk or call 020 8858 7755.
