A Meopham woman has upped her confidence by entering a plus-size modelling competition.

Selina Horton, 28, of Wrotham Road is taking part in Ms Curvacious UK after applying while at her desk in Meopham's Skoda garage where she works in sales.

The Meopham beauty has taken part in a master classes involving walking the catwalk and posing for the camera and attended an audition to be part of the Ms Cuvaceous Model Search 2015 in central London in October.

She said: "The catwalk is one of the hardest things I've ever done - you think it would be easy because you've been walking for years but when you've got to think about it it's really difficult up there.

"I do feel like my confidence has been given a boost already."
