A Lewisham teenager has been arrested on suspicion of GBH following an acid attack in Essex.
Wayne Ingold, aged 56, had a corrosive liquid squirted in his face when he opened a communal door at a block of flats in Witham on August 8.
After the attack, Mr Ingold said: “It looked like my face was melting.”
The 18-year-old man, who was arrested yesterday (November 16), has been bailed by police until February.
