A paramedic was punched in the stomach as she tried to treat a patient in Lewisham on Friday (November 14).
On Thursday, another ambulance crew member had hot tea thrown over her as she tried to care for a patient in West Wickham.
Five paramedics have been attacked in four days across the capital.
A passer-by grabbed one paramedic by the throat while he was trying to treat a patient with chest pains on the A406 North Circular Road on Sunday afternoon.
The passer-by pushed and shoved the medic, who feared he would end up under a vehicle on the busy road.
Patients also kicked, punched and bit ambulance crews in Fulham on Saturday and Battersea on Sunday.
London Ambulance Service director of operations, Jason Killens, said: "Attacking my ambulance crews as they go about saving lives in the capital will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
“Medics are already under a great deal of pressure. It is completely unacceptable that they should also face the risk of assault when they go to assist members of the public.”
