A blaze broke out in the kitchen of a McDonald's in Lewisham High Street this morning.
Burger enthusiasts were forced to abandon their Big Macs and brave the rain when fire crews were called at 10.39am.
The incident was over by 11.13am and a staff member said they were now back up and running.
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said: "There was a small amount of damage but no injuries."
