One defective Penge train causes four hours of Southeastern delays
One broken down train in Penge has caused around four hours of delays on the rail network today.
The train at Penge East is causing delays of up to 40 minutes to trains between Bromley South and London Victoria.
Southeastern says disruption will continue until around 12pm.
