Top 10 areas of life we are most likely to find tiresome:
- My job
- My commute
- My relationship/marriage
- My family life
- The daily grind
- Not having enough experiences
- The monotony of everyday life
- My social life
- My friendships
- My hobbies
84 per cent of people have moments where they feel fed-up with their life, with 53 per cent going as far as saying they feel completely bored.
73 per cent say we lack spontaneity and 78 per cent crave more excitement.
Biggest barriers to change are lack of money (63 per cent) and time (33 per cent).
71 per cent say they struggle to find the time to do the things they love.
74 per cent worry they aren’t seeing enough of the world.
