At around 5am on March 24, Jamal Bonsu was driving his Mercedes B180 with two women in the back when it smashed into a Saab on the Old Kent Road.
The Saab's driver, 49-year-old Robert Aliker of Devonshire Road, was pronounced dead at the scene.
