A new mental health scheme for Lewisham has officially launched.
Lewisham Mental Health Connection was set up to help voluntary organisations in the borough work together.
For the official launch, 150 service users and staff came together at Hexagon Housing Association in Newstead Road for a range of therapeutic activities in the garden.
Animal Days Out brought a range of creatures, including a meerkat, tarantula and snakes, for some animal-based therapy.
Lewisham Council's cabinet member for health Councillor Chris Best said: "It’s inspiring to see so much on offer here today for people who experience mental ill health.
"No-one in Lewisham needs to feel isolated at home."
