English Democrat Steven Uncles will face a two-week trial in January after denying multiple fraud charges.
The regional chairman of the English Democrats from Dartford, aged 49, denied four charges relating to fraud at Maidstone Crown Court on June 12.
Uncles, of Shears Close, Dartford, is charged with one count of use of a false instrument with intent, one count of use of a false signature on nomination papers and two counts of using a false statement on nomination papers.
He will face a trial, expected to last two weeks, at Maidstone Crown Court starting on January 19.
