A man in his 90s is being treated in hospital after he was hit by a bus in Bexleyheath.
Met Police officers on patrol in the area were flagged down at around 11.37am today to help the man had been hit by a bus on Friswell Place.
A police spokesman said: "Upon arrival, police attended to man in his 90’s suffering with a cut to his head."
A spokesman from the London Ambulance Service (LAS) said: "We were called at 11.34am to reports of a road traffic accident in Woolwich Road.
"We sent two single responders by car and an ambulance to the scene.
"We treated a man in his 90s for head injuries. He was taken to Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Woolwich as a priority."
