A car overturned in Welling yesterday afternoon, closing Bellegrove Road in both directions.
Bexley police were called to the accident on the A207, near the junction with Eastcote Road, at 3.15pm.
A vehicle had hit the central reservation and overturned, injuring two passengers.
A 21-year-old woman was treated for chest pains and a 37-year-old woman for minor injuries to her hand.
Both were taken as a priority to King's College Hospital by the London Ambulance Service, though their injuries were not serious.
The road was closed for three hours until police reopened it at 6.15pm.
Bus routes 89 and 486 had to be diverted.
