DEVELOPERS have released artist impressions of a new 83-home project in Greenwich town centre.
The Creek Road project, developed by Family Mosaic, was approved by a Greenwich Council planning board last month.
Flanking Up The Creek comedy club, it will see 83 homes, along with commercial space intended for boutique shops and cafes.
Andy Heath, from architects bptw said: "We are delighted that the council recognised the merits of our proposal and, as a Greenwich based practice, we are pleased to be involved in the exciting regeneration occurring in the area.
"This development will add to the rich retail offer already available in the town centre whilst also providing high quality modern homes in a highly desirable location."
"Each building responds to its specific location in scale and detail and the main façade along Creek Road subtly incorporates façade and window proportions found within the rich architectural heritage of historic Greenwich."
Construction is expected to start early next year.
