NEWS Shopper's 14 MPs are backing the bid for a Crossrail station at Woolwich.
They say the town should not and cannot be left out of the £16bn project.
Council and business chiefs are currently looking at reducing costs of the £186m station.
Lewisham MPs, Joan Ruddock, Jim Dowd and Bridget Prentice are right behind us.
Lewisham West MP Mr Dowd said: "I feel confident the ministers will be persuadable.
"It is up to the developers to seize this opportunity and grab it with both hands."
Bromley borough MPs, Jacqui Lait, John Horam and Bob Neill with Sevenoaks MP Michael Fallon support the campaign.
Bromley and Chislehurst MP Bob Neill said: "Your campaign is absolutely right in helping getting the message through of how important it is to have a Crossrail station at Woolwich.
"I hope the Government will realise this and change its mind."
