Olympic champion James DeGale fights at Bluewater tomorrow
OLYMPIC Gold Medallist James DeGale will fight in Bluewater tomorrow (Saturday, June 8).
DeGale, who won at the 2008 games in Beijing, defends his WBC Silver super-middleweight title against Croation fighter Stjepan Bozic.
On the undercard are WBC International super-bantamweight champion Kid Galahad, Chris Eubank Jnr and the World Youth super-heavyweight champion Hughie Fury.
The fight is the first to be hosted at Bluewater’s Glow entertainment venue, which opened in November 2011, and will also host the centre’s Summer Live series of concerts which includes a show by The Saturdays.
Doors open at 5.30pm and the fight will be shown on Channel 5 from 9.30pm.
