Police called to Woolwich 'shooting'
POLICE and ambulances have been called to Woolwich this afternoon (May 22) to deal with a reported shooting.
Wellington Steet is reportedly being sealed off and the air ambulance has arrived on the scene.
John Wilson Street is currently shut in both directions between Artillery Place and New Ferry Approach.
Traffic is heavy in the area and queueing as a result.
