The Rob Knox Film Festival will be holding a community screening in The Studio at The Link Thamesmead in Belvedere Road, under the elevated roundabout in Harrow Manor Way, Thamesmead at 2pm on Thursday 30 May.
This event is one of three community screenings being held across the London Borough of Bexley which will be showcasing movies submitted by various filmmakers, in the hope their entry features at the 5th Rob Knox Film Festival Awards ceremony being held at Cineworld in Bexleyheath on Wednesday 5 June.
The Rob Knox Film Festival is held in memory of Rob Knox, the 18 year-old British actor who had appeared in The Bill but more famously as Marcus Belby in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and who had been signed to reprise his role in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows before his murder in 2008, outside a bar in Sidcup whilst defending his little brother.
This is a ticket-only event. For more information contact Michael Wearing, Director, Rob Knox Film Festival and Pixelform Studios who are based at The Link, E: robknoxoff@btinternet.com
