A WOOLWICH choir set up by the community is celebrating its first successful year.
Woolwich Singers will be one year old at the end of this month and will mark the milestone with a music and dance extravaganza at Woolwich Grand Theatre, Wellington Street, Woolwich, on May 23 at 7.30pm.
Choir members will be singing popular favourites including Make You Feel My Love, Mamma Mia, Puttin' on the Ritz and many more.
The University of Greenwich Swing Band will also take to the stage with a unique mix of swing and jazz favourites.
And there will be an exclusive opportunity to enjoy performances by members of Greenwich Dance choreographed by Thomas Michael Voss.
Tickets are £4 or £3 for concessions. Pick up your tickets at the Woolwich Coffee Lounge in General Gordon Square or on the door.
