FAMILY and friends of murdered Swanley woman Natalie Jarvis are returning to the scene of her tragic death tomorrow (April 27) to mark what should have been her 24th birthday.

On Wednesday (April 24) Adam Whelehan, of Rosebery Avenue, Sidcup, was found guilty of her murder and was sentenced to a minimum of 26 years behind bars.

The 23-year-old, who was seeing Miss Jarvis at the time, drove her to Swanley Village before stabbing her to death with a multi-tool knife and leaving her for dead on October 3.

Miss Jarvis’ family and friends are gathering in Button Street car park at 4pm to release balloons and lay flowers in her memory.

As darkness falls lanterns will be released to honour the popular former Swanley Secondary School pupil who lived in Walnut Way, Swanley.
