DARTFORD is set for a chill as four tonnes of ice are shipped in to the Orchard Theatre for its latest show.
Sleeping Beauty on Ice, from Wednesday (May 1) to Sunday (May 5), features a cast of 26 including world, Olympic, European and national skating champions telling the classic fairytale with an array of high-speed lifts, throws, aerial gymnastics, stilt skating and fire effects.
The show is directed by Tony Mercer, an innovator in theatre-on-ice, and is set to Tchaikovsky’s music.
Dancing on Ice talent Olga Sharutenko will star.
