A BROMLEY choir has been invited to sing at one of the most famous churches in Paris.
The group will be going to the The Madeleine in the city of love, a building which dates back to the 1800s and hosted composer Chopin’s funeral in 1849.
To celebrate, the Bromley Boy Singers are holding a charity evening on May 18 at St Francis of Assisi Church in Ravenswood Avenue, West Wickham, to raise money for local organisations including the Demelza Children's Hospice, Bromley Young Carers, and Bromley Welcare through ticket sales.
There will also be a raffle in the interval which will help fund the Paris trip with prizes such as Neal’s Yard gift sets, Trésor de Paris and cupcakes.
