AS THE country celebrates St George’s Day, tourism bosses have championed Greenwich landmarks which help make England great.
The Royal Observatory and Up at The O2 have made the chart ‘101 things to do before you go abroad’ drawn up by Visit England for the patron saint’s day.
Walking across the 52-metre high O2 music and entertainment venue, or gazing at the stars at the Unesco World Heritage site observatory rank alongside surfing at Newquay or wild swimming in the Yorkshire Dales.
