A FESTIVAL will be held to raise cash for a tragic Plumstead toddler who is battling a brain tumour.

Isabella Coomber has been diagnosed with a potentially fatal brain tumour and her family are raising money for possible life-saving therapy in the US.

Her family say proton beam therapy could help save her life but costs £150,000 in the US as the child is not eligible for the treatment under the NHS.

Mum Jolene Hale, 31, of Pattison Walk, also wants to set up a charity to support children who are in the same situation as her daughter

A fundraising event takes place on May 19 at the Old Shootershillian rugby club in Mayday Gardens, Eltham.

Running from 12pm until late, it will include bands, dancers, stalls and special guests.
