A BIKER who robbed a Co-Op in Forest Hill at gunpoint was yesterday jailed for five years.
Sheldon Green entered the store in Waldram Park Road at 10.45pm on September 17 last year armed with a gun before threatening staff he would shoot them if they didn't hand over money.
The shop assistant handed over £145 and he then left.
The 27-year-old used a stolen Yamaha motorcycle to carry out a spate of armed robberies.
The Hackney resident admitted stealing the bike on July 16 having arranged to meet the seller via the Gumtree website.
He also pleaded guilty to seven robbery and firearms offences with several other matters taken into consideration.
