SERVICES through north Kent have been cancelled and put back this afternoon after a person was hit by a train in Chatham.
The 17.04 Southeastern service from Victoria to Dartford which was due at 17.54 has been cancelled, while a train from Charing Cross to Gravesend due at 17.57 has also been called off.
The 17.32 Gravesend to Charing Cross is now due at 18.31 and will be formed of four coaches instead of 10.
The 17.06 from Cannon Street to Gillingham will is now due at 18.30 and will call additionally at Stone Crossing, Swanscombe and Northfleet.
