A MAN arrested in Farnborough will appear in court on Friday (April 19) charged with murdering his girlfriend.
Felipe Lopes, aged 27, of James Boswell Close, in Streatham, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on January 12 and at the Old Bailey on January 15 charged with the murder of Anastasia Voykina.
He will appear again at the Old Bailey on Friday.
The body of 23-year-old Miss Voykina was discovered in a flat in James Boswell Close at around 2am on January 8.
A post-mortem examination gave the Russian national's cause of death as multiple fractures to the face, head and neck caused by blunt trauma.
Lopes was arrested on suspicion of murder in Farnborough at 2.30am on January 9 and was charged two days later.
