A MAN has been arrested after allegedly hiding cannabis in his pants.
Bromley police said he was seen to be “acting suspiciously” last Friday evening (April 12) in Rangefield Road, Downham, and was stopped.
It is claimed he smelt strongly of cannabis and was searched before a quantity of cash was found in his pockets along with two mobile phones.
A Bromley police spokesman added: “A number of self seal bags of cannabis were found hidden in his pants.”
A 23-year-old man from Bromley was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs, handling stolen goods and possession of ammunition. He has been bailed until June 27.
