LABOUR leader Ed Miliband MP is heading to Greenhithe and Gravesend this morning as part of his party’s local election campaign.
Mr Miliband will be meeting voters in advance of Kent County Council elections on May 2.
The leader of the opposition will visit Asda in Crossways Boulevard, Greenhithe, at 9.30am before heading to Gravesend Borough Market at 10.30am.
He will finish with a trip to Maidstone around lunchtime hoping to have persuaded voters to help add to the three Labour councillors currently sitting in the town in the face of a large Conservative majority.
Reporter Tim MacFarlan will be following Mr Miliband's visit to the borough - check the website this afternoon for full details.
