FIREFIGHTERS were called to reports of a field alight in Northfleet yesterday (April 7).
Four crews went to the scene, off London Road, just after 4pm and used hose reels, a water shuttle and beaters to put out the flames.
They were then until 5.40pm.
UK Power Networks staff also attended to isolate the power to some electrical cables and a transformer.
