THE body of a 30-year-old man has been found on the riverbank in Erith this morning.
Marine Police Unit, Bexley police officers and paramedics were called to reports of a body being found at around 7.15am.
Gravesend’s lifeboat was also called at shortly after 7.40am and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bexley police is not treating the death as suspicious.
London Ambulance Service sent an on duty officer to the scene and paramedics remained there until shortly before 10am.
