In Loving Memory of CHICK Henry Arthur Hazelwood of Beaconsfield Road, Mottingham, who died peacefully on Wednesday 21st September, aged 89. A wonderful man who will be greatly missed by his Wife Catherine, Children, Grand Children and Great Grandson. Funeral Service will be held Thursday 6th October at Hither Green Crematorium at 11.30a.m.. Family flowers only, donations to be made to Parkinson.s UK
