28/3/34 - 24/3/10 JACK HAMER Husband of the late Pam Hamer Dear Jack passed away after a short illness, sadly missed by a loving family Carl, Sam, Isabelle, Oliver & Madeleine. Gavin, Maria & Rebecca also extended family and friends. Funeral 21/4/10 at 11.45am at Falconwood Crematorium afterwards at the Boys Brigade Hall, Reynolds Place, SE3
