In loving memory of PAMELA MAY JACK 01.09.1938 - 27.02.2010 Who passed away peacefully at Princess Royal Hospital. She was a Wife, Mother, Nan and Great Nan. She will be missed by all friends and family. Her cremation will take place at Elmersend Crematorium on Wednesday 17th March at 3pm. Flowers to 36 Castledine Road, Anerley, SE20
