PAMELA SHIRLEY HAMER "PAM" 18.5.36 - 29.6.09 "A Very Special Lady" Pam passed away after a short illness, leaving her beloved Husband Jack, and Sons Carl and Gavin. Also, family members Sam and Maria and Grandchildren Rebecca, Isabelle, Oliver and Madeleine. Her two Sisters Eileen and Anita and their Husbands Brian and John. And a large extended family, and friends who will all miss her terribly. Funeral takes place at St Johns Church, Blackheath and then on to Falconwood Crematorium at Eltham. Date: Wednesday 15th July 2009 Time: 11.30am Church, 1.00pm Crematorium After, Boys Brigade Hall, Reynolds Place, Blackheath
