John (Leonard) Brooks Passed away at home on 19th December 2022, aged 79. Beloved Husband to Jean (deceased). Loving Father to Matthew and Corinne, Grandfather to Sam, Charlotte, Ciaran, Kelly, Connor and Harvey. Great grandfather to Jay and Charlie. Missed by all extended family and friends. Funeral from his home to Eltham Crematorium Wednesday 1st March. Service at 2.30pm. Refreshments after in the Con Club Bexleyheath Broadway.

Sign in to add a tributeSo many happy and funny memories, like the Chinese takeaway we ordered. All laid out on the table when we realised too late that the centre piece was not secure, the table folded inwards and everything, food, napkins, glasses, bottles of wine etc slowly cascaded to the floor. Off they went to reorder- the astonished takeaway gave us a bottle of wine and only charged us half price for the meal.
Rest in peace the legendary John Brooks, reunited again with your beloved Jean.
Ithink Ron may be waiting with a bottle of Hine and a couple of glasses.
