YVONNE & ROGER CORKERY It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Yvonne and Roger Corkery on 18th May and 18th July 2021 respectively. Yvonne and Roger met in their early teens at a dance class, a shared passion of theirs and they married seven years later in 1967 and lived in Bromley, later moving to Beckenham and then Sevenoaks. They enjoyed sequence dancing for over 40 years and won a wealth of competitions up and down the country. They were members of the International Dance Teachers Association and invented many new dance routines. They also performed on the BBC's Generation Game appearing with the late Peggy Spencer. They retired to Lincoln in 2000 and continued to enjoy their dancing, alongside their passion for gardening. They are both deeply missed by their family and friends.
